Gabriele Morganti works with the RAYSD lab as a researcher and is a PhD student at San Raffaele Open University of Rome. His research interests include talent identification and developmental environments within the Italian sporting ecosystem. With a specific focus on football, he examines the sociocultural and environmental constraints that influence players’ developmental opportunities, career trajectories, and long-term achievement. As part of his doctoral program, he collaborates with ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ through the Research for Athletes and Youth Sport Development (RAYSD) Lab, where he spent six months as a visiting PhD student.
