Dr Demi Wilton
Demi is a Lecturer in English Literature at BCU. Before beginning this role in 2024, Demi held positions as a Research Associate on the AHRC-funded project 鈥楴ovel Perceptions: Towards an Inclusive Canon鈥� and Loughborough University鈥檚 鈥榃omen and the Making of James Joyce鈥檚 Ulysses鈥�.
Demi was awarded her PhD in English by Loughborough University in 2024. She completed her MA in English Literature at the University of Warwick.
Demi has served as the Early Career and Diversity Officer for the Association for the Study of Literature and Environment, UK and Ireland (ASLE-UKI) since June 2021.
